Position: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC 27609
Term: 6 Month Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This is a temporary staff position required to assist in completing 500 PC refreshes in the next 6 months
Would work remotely to perform refresh duties until DIT determines it is time to return to one of our buildings
Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

5 years experience in replacing & troubleshooting PCs
Provide limited leadership to others
Able to manage medium complexity work efforts
