Position: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Elkton, VA 22827

Term: 6 Months Contract-to-hire (07/27/2020 to 01/26/2021)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 to 5:00

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure.
Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience in IT support. Must have large corporate experience.
Must have desktop support or desk side support experience (supporting end users onsite and remotely).
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience.
