Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Hands on knowledge on Agile process and work flows.
Experience and sound knowledge on hardware, software upgrades like Windows products – Win7/10, Office 365, Teams, and Mac OS etc.
Experience with Installation/un-installation of tools and packages on desktops.

Even better if you have:

Automation skills - PowerShell scripting, Auto IT, Selenium, LeanFT, Test complete, Protractor etc.
Experience in Mobile testing tools like Perfecto, SeeTest etc.
