Terrific 3+ months Contract Opportunity for a Reporting Analyst in White Plains, New York. Will be performing period end close activities as it relates to US Bottling and other company division, by collaborating with various business partners to ensure accurate and timely recording of intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, and cash settlements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Partner with field and relevant business partners to ensure intercompany activities are processed timely and accurately.
Execute High Volume of Intercompany cross charge journal entries and prepare reconciliations for specific Bottling US counterparty reporting relationships, including QTG, FLNA and Canada Bottling.
Direct involvement in the AR/AP reconciliation process between intercompanies.
Manage and execute periodic company payables through reconciliations and working relationships with other divisions.
Responsible for settlements of Intercompany balances.
Provide support to Intercompany management team.
Actively participate in process improvement projects and the promotion/alignment of best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Proficient in core Microsoft Windows application software including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Team player with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well cross-functionally and drive change, when necessary.
Excellent Oral and written communication skills required.
Strong analytical, organization and time management skills required.
Oracle G/L, Business Objects, Horizon Finance experience a plus.
