Title: PC LAN Technician

Type: 6 month contract

Rate: $18+/hourly, DOE

Role Summary
The device deployment are spread out and will require transportation of computer equipment for deployment to facilities on a regular basis. The main office will be where the imaging and staging work will take place.

Skills Required :
• Configures, delivers, and installs PC hardware and software.
• Uses imaging software to deploy/upgrade/migrate user’s computers.
• Upgrades computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
• Assists with office moves and new hardware deployments.
• Documents all user contact, service requests and problem resolutions using the ZenDesk Help Desk software.

Skills Preferred:
• Machine imaging
• Asset management (receiving, inventory, check in and check out)

Experience Required:
• 2+ years of desktop/helpdesk support

Experience Preferred:
• Three (3) years of computer, network maintenance or technical support experience.

Education Required:
• High School/GED

Education Preferred:
• A+ certification
