Position: Dispute Analyst
Location: Broomfield, CO 80021
Term: 6 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for overseeing projects for digitization and automation within the access NETEX space
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to provide audit logic, work out kinks along the way, and follow to completion
• Understanding of the network and access/NETEX space
• Partner and readily collaborate with other stakeholders (finance, carrier relations, optimizations, legal, etc.) team to identify and lead process efficiency improvements
• Looking at data, drawing conclusions, and identifying and implementing action plans
• Assist with Facility access audits by analyzing NETEX base against network design, ASRs, and service descriptions with a goal of finding billing discrepancies and initiating disputes where applicable

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

• 2 to 4 years of experience
• Understand how to read contracts/tariffs and how they apply to billing
• Project management skills, ability to handle an abundance of moving pieces
• Telecommunications industry experience and a basic understanding of data transport is strongly recommended
• Demonstrated capacity to focus and deliver on multiple objectives in a dynamic, multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
• Proven data analysis skills and ability and interest in data rationalization and normalization
