Operations-Office Manager / Project Manager - Phoenix/Ahwatukee

Growing Phoenix tech company is looking for a hybrid Operations Manager/Office Manager/Project Manager to wear several hats to ensure clients, projects, administration and operations are addressed professionally and with excellent customer service.   A technical person would be a bonus, but not mandatory.  There will be some data entry along with administrative duties to go along with task-oriented daily role working within a handful of projects to see to it that they run smoothly through the process.  This person MUST be very organized with a great attention to detail.  Customer-centric focus and must be good in a client-facing role.

There are some remote opportunities, although it is preferred that the employee work in the office as much as possible, especially in the beginning.  The office is spread out for COVID, although gelling with the team initially is important.  

$55,000 - $80,000 DOE
401K with matching up to 4%, good benefits. 
United Health Insurance with employer-paid stipend to cover portion of costs.  
Full dental and vision coverage paid by employer.
