Position: Manager, Internal Communications
Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina USA 29707
Term: 6 Months Contract (With a possibility of extension or conversion)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • The Manager of Internal Communications will support the Director of Internal Communications with engaging CompuCom employees and keeping them connected to the critical messages and activities across the organization.
  • As part of the Marketing team, this role works closely with the Director of Internal Communications to drive clear communication regarding our strategy, direction, and overall business performance along with ensuring employees understand our core external messaging platform.
  • Supports the execution of the internal communications program spanning multiple communications channels leveraging best practices to engaging audiences across levels, roles, and generations.
  • Develop a range of delivery channels (CCNow, social media, digital signage, print, webcasts/video, podcasts) to most effectively deliver messages to different audiences.
  • Deliver communications tailored to different internal audiences in such a way that the message can be communicated most effectively to specific stakeholders
  • Strengthen employee understanding of CompuComs vision, objectives, success metrics and culture; showcase individual achievements, customer wins/milestones, and CompuCom market leadership.
  • Support new projects by providing specific and timely information to enable CompuCom to engage stakeholders and bring change in an effective manner.
  • Provide clear and effective communication in response to crisis or emergency situations to reassure and guide staff.

  • 5 -10 years Technical Competencies: Microsoft Office ability with Excel, Powerpoint, Word Google Suite Familiarity with Dynamic Signal, Yammer, Slack Skills and Abilities Strong to superior time management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills Language Skills: Must be able to speak/write/read/speak

  • This job does not have budget responsibility Location: Charlotte or surrounding area.
  • We are currently working remote, but upon return to the workplace, must be able work in the Fort Mill corporate headquarter office.
