Terrific 12+ months contract opportunity in Chesapeake, VA for a Test Technician. Will be performing a wide variety of technical efforts including processes, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs digital equipment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform tests and utilizes various engineering drawings, manuals and other related documentation in the performance of their tasks.
May work on Analog, Digital and/or video type circuits, Radio Frequency, and logic systems.
Observe, analyze and report test data.
Perform tests and utilizes various engineering drawings, manuals and other related documentation in the performance of their tasks.

Qualifications:

High School or equivalent.
4+ years’ experience testing Analog, Digital and RF circuitry.
Able to read and interpret drawings to perform measurements and troubleshoot electronic equipment.
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome technical challenges.
Experience using a wide variety electronic RF/Analog, High Voltage, Digital and other electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers.
Must be familiar with various test equipment general purpose and special, program specific test stations, misc. measuring devices.
